Human Resources Intelligence D.O.O. is a specialized agency for the employment of seafarers and foreign workers. We help the maritime and offshore industries find qualified professionals, while also mediating in the employment of foreign workers in the hospitality and construction sectors in Croatia.
What we do?
We employ domestic and foreign seafarers for the maritime and offshore sectors and mediate in the employment of foreign workers for Croatian companies in the hospitality and construction industries. We provide full support in the process of selection, employment, and human resource management, ensuring timely and qualified personnel that meet our clients’ needs.
Our mission
The purpose of our business is to provide employers with comprehensive support in the employment process – from finding candidates and managing documentation to the successful integration of workers. At the same time, through a responsible and professional approach, we contribute to the stability and reliability of the labor market in the Republic of Croatia.
